I ordered a 16pc dinner set (Rick Stein) it arrived within 3 days of ordering, packaging for such a delicate product was fantastic. Good sturdy boxes, heavy Duty bubble wrap, and individually boxed.

This is the second time I have bought from this company and the service for both has been excellent. The products are delivered very quickly and are very well packaged. There was a small not very obvious flaw in one of the plates and it was replaced immediately. I hope to use this company again.

I purchased a whole dinner service based around this product. The quality is of the china is excellent and the concept behind it inspiring. The company's service was excellent. I didn't want the product immediately as I was going away so I rang up and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who was able to hold it back until I was home. It arrived all in one piece and we were delighted. I will definitely use u&u again.
