Looking at in-bath mats is a sorry business. Most of them are worthy objects: non-slip, safe and as plain as possible. This is quite the opposite. Sure, it is as safe as can be, but the octopus is really bright and engaging! It's a great look and not a cartoonish style aimed at small children.

Creatures is a striking collection of serveware, tableware, kitchen storage and textiles, handmade in Italy. BlissHome came across this small, family run factory on their travels around Europe and were inspired by the talented artisans producing such depth and subtlety through simple creative processes. Vibrant animal graphics have been skilfully hand-applied to large bowls and platters using special techniques passed down through the generations of this family of craftspeople.
