Larger and heavier than I thought but it will prove ideal. Not too expensive and it co ordinates with the rest of the collection . A good purchase.

I have several items from the coves collection, and have just added the large roasting dish to the rest. As usual, it is beautifully made and a very good size for large joints. The design is so unique, and attracts many compliments at the dinner table.

Inspired by the land and seascape of Cornish coves, this beautiful collection of illustrations were the winning entry in a competition Rick Stein launched to final year Art and Design students at Falmouth University, to create his now classic tabletop collection. Eight coves and bays from North Cornwall have been hand-painted in watercolour showing the depth and colour variations in the sea.
